We hosted a Team Building Event at The Stamford Cookery School and from the moment I spoke to Valentina about the possibility of an event I knew we would have a great time.

Thierry and Valentina are very professional and clearly understood our needs, but they are also really great fun and their energy and enthusiasm is infectious. It really was a pleasure to spend time with them learning the tricks of the trade.

We were a very large group (17) but Thierry circulated effortlessly between the work stations explaining the art of cooking and giving us enough to do to stretch us whilst leaving us space to explore the ingredients and learn as we cooked. We were exposed to a wide range of high quality, fresh and locally sourced produce from lamb to lobster.

The team absolutely loved their time in the kitchen and with Thierry’s guidance and expertise and Valentina’s incredible patience we create a five course, candle-lit, gourmet dinner.

We had an absolutely wonderful time, it was great fun, we learned new skills and most importantly, we had to work as a team to succeed.

I would recommend The Stamford Cookery School to anyone looking for a unique and fun team building event.
